POSITION: P/T Production Technician DATE: 04/27/09
DEPARTMENT: Production
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
ROLE: Serve in a variety of production crew positions during live and taped, studio and remote productions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operate studio and remote cameras. * Perform floor manager duties during live and taped productions. * Operate teleprompter. * Operate tape machines for both playback and record. * Program and operate character generator. * Assist in set and light of both studio and remote projects. * Regular maintenance of studio facilities and remote equipment. * Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 1 year studio and/or remote production experience with a broadcast or production facility. * Demonstrated ability to perform all responsibilities for both live and taped productions. * Knowledge of studio lighting techniques desirable.
