NEW HAVEN, Conn. — There's a large police presence on Howard Avenue as police investigate a double shooting in The Hill neighborhood of the Elm City.
The call came in just before 9 pm. Howard Avenue is shut down 3rd and 4th Streets. Police say two men were shot; both are expected to survive.
