MONTVILLE, Conn. — A state trooper rescued two dogs from the highway Friday morning.
According to Connecticut State Police -Troop E Montville's Facebook page, Trooper Cody Picard of Troop D in Danielson rescued the two German shepherds on I-395.
Picard was able to catch Koda and Jade, and they were safely returned to their owner.
