GUILFORD -
One person was killed early today when a car crashed on Durham Road.
Police are releasing no information about the victim, who was a passenger in the car.
Police identified the driver as 18-year-old Brian Peeler, of 447 Higganum Road, Durham. Guilford Ambulance took Peeler to Yale-New Haven Hospital; a spokesman there could not provide information about his condition this morning.
The crash happened a little after 1 a.m. A report by Sgt. Hank Lindgren gave no explanation of what happened, and Guilford police did not give any further details.
