Police are searching for the driver of a green Chevrolet Malibu who drove off after hitting three people Monday night.
The accident happened after an altercation on East Main Street in Central Village about 11 p.m., officers said. The car was last seen traveling eastbound on East Main Street as it fled the scene.
Two of the victims were taken by ambulance to William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich for treatment. Police declined to release the extent of their injuries or their ages.
