Hartford Police are investigating the 18th Homicide of the year in the city.
Police are still on the scene of 229 Sigourney street where a victim was shot and Killed. A man was shot outside that address.
When police arrived, the man had been already taken to St. Francis Hospital by a private vehicle. He later died at the hospital. Police have no id on the man.
The police are still looking for a suspect. No word if the suspect was on foot or in a vehicle.
