WATERBURY - A six year old Waterbury boy has dies after complications from the H1N1 virus.

School officials were informed on Thursday that the unidentified boy had died at Yale New Haven hospital. The boy had been suffering from a previous medical condition that prevented him from physically attending the Gilmartin school.

He was home bound and had an instructor assigned to him. The school itself is undergoing reconstruction. School officials say that every safeguard is being taken to insure the health of all students in Waterbury schools.
