Complete all required fields in the Sweepstakes entry form. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED. Duplicate entries from the same person will be disqualified.
2. DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 11:59PM EST. Entrants must use their own name. If any dispute arises concerning the identity of an entrant, the owner of an email account from which entry was sent shall be deemed the entrant. E-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Two (2) Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday August 3, 2009. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail within five (5) days of the drawing. If a selected Winner is ineligible, if FOX 61 is unable to make contact with a selected Winner after reasonable effort and time (48 hours from time of initial call to Winner), or if a Winner fails to pick up the prize by Thursday, August 27, 2009, the prize shall be forfeited.

AWARDING & DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each Winner will receive: (a) 2 round trip tickets aboard the Block Island Express High-Speed ferry (leaves from New London, CT) and; (b) one (1) overnight stay (standard room) at the Old Town Inn (valid Sunday through Thursday at the Block Island, RI location only). Winners are responsible for all incidental expenses not expressly specified herein, including but not limited to transportation costs, any room service and other hotel expenses or incidentals, meals, food and beverages, tips, telephone, and entertainment. Total value of the prize is approximately $291.00. Voucher must be used before August 27th, 2009. Voucher is not valid on Friday and Saturday nights. Voucher must be used in its entirety for the same visit, and hotel stay is subject to availability. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. To claim the prize, Winners must come to the FOX 61 studio: 20 Church St, Hartford CT 06103 during normal business hours, 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, by August 27, 2009. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise.
