Angelo joined the FOX61 team in March 2020 from Salisbury, Maryland, where he was a reporter and weekend anchor at WBOC covering the Delmarva Peninsula.

His role as the station's morning reporter took him everywhere from the marshes of Chincoteague Island to cover the world-famous pony swim to statehouses to cover the impacts of legislation on local communities.

Angelo grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey and graduated from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland in 2017. He is very excited to call the Tri-State Area home once again.

Prior to his job at WBOC, Angelo completed internships at the TODAY Show, Meet the Press with Chuck Todd, NBC News' digital video unit, and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

His reporting has earned honors from the National Chesapeake Bay Emmy chapter, the Hearst Journalism Awards Program, the Gracie Awards, and the D.C. Society of Professional Journalists Dateline Awards.

When he’s not at work, Angelo enjoys a good time with friends, a good movie, and a good Spotify playlist.
