Gaby Molina joined the FOX61 team in 2017, producing for the morning news before becoming a reporter.
A proud Connecticut native, she is excited to tell the stories of the people and communities of her state. Since joining the team she has reported on several major news stories including the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gaby graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Hofstra University, where she was involved in the school's online publication, Long Island Report. During her years on Long Island, she was also part of the team that launched The Hispanic Media News, a bilingual newspaper. She also interned at Latina Magazine in New York City, where she had the opportunity to do red carpet interviews and write for the magazine's website.
Gaby grew up in Southington but was born in Ecuador and immigrated to the United States in 1996. She is bilingual and proud of her Hispanic heritage. She is a graduate of Southington High School.
For fun, she loves spending time with friends and family. You can find her making stops on the Connecticut Wine Trail, enjoying the state's beaches in the summer, or watching crime documentaries.
