Ask the Atty,
I left my car running to keep the heat on while I ran into a convenience store to buy milk
and some kid tried to steal my car... I ran out of the store and tried to block him and
he ran me over with my own car!
I have real serious injuries, is there any recourse for me?
My insurance agent says I have “full insurance” on my car.
