Here's a lent safe, tasty dish by Executive Chef Matthew Whitbeck from Masonicare at Chester Village! 


Whitbeck is making Swordfish Mykonos. It is seared swordfish sautéed with sundried tomatoes, basil, sherry wine, and topped with toasted pignoli nuts and crumbled feta, served over pasta.
