COVID-19 has cancelled so many events for so many people. For instance, high school seniors, never got to have their prom.
As a result, one senior in Cromwell decided he wanted to surprise his girlfriend with a makeshift prom. The couple got dressed up, posed for photos, and ended the evening with a candlelit dinner with balloons and music.
