Workforce Alliance and American Job Center is hosting a Career Fair at the Milford Public Library featuring a diverse array of industries representing sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, IT, health services, and minority businesses. Attending employers include General Dynamics Electric Boat, Marriott, CT State Community College Gateway, Colony Hardware, Fastenal, Marrakech, and The Milford Bank.

Quassy Amusement Park and Waterpark is hiring up to 300 positions for the 2024 season.
Available positions include ride operators, lifeguards, customer service representatives, food service representatives, retail sales and several other seasonal positions. The park also offers employee perks such as flexible schedules, lifeguard certification, in-park discounts, 20% off tuition at Post University and more.
Individuals interested in applying at Quassy can submit applications in person Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applicants can expect to receive an interview on the spot or can also email their application to george3@quassy.com. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Opening day is Saturday, April 27. The waterpark will open Saturday, May 25.

Lake Compounce in Bristol will be hiring more than 1,000 employees for the 2024 season at "America's First Amusement Park."
Positions include Food and Beverage, Lifeguards, Rides, Guest Experience and more.
Perks include pay rates up to $18, free tickets for friends and family, flexible schedules, and on-site training.
