Another corporate headquarters, United Technologies, is moving from Connecticut to the Boston area. The company says its subsidiaries, Pratt and Whitney Aircraft and Otis, will remain in Connecticut.   We get reaction from Joe Brennan, President/CEO, Connecticut Business and Industry Association, the state's largest business group.  Brennan also comments on the impact of the new state budget, which, he says, really hits small businesses hard.
