WATERBURY, Conn — A man was injured Thursday when a car struck him and then drove away.
Police say the incident happened on Wolcott Street around 8 PM. The man was taken to the hospital for serious injuries. The Accident Reconstruction Unit of the Traffic Services was on the scene investigating.
Police say the investigation is active and open.
