HARTFORD — Police are investigating a scene after a body was found in Hartford’s Super 8 Motel located at 57 West Service Road.
Officers responded and located the unresponsive victim inside of his rented room with trauma to the head and face while the room had signs that there was a struggle.
Responding ambulance personnel pronounced the victim deceased shortly after arriving on scene.
Officials have identified the victim as 23-year-old Kashnille Haye of Hartford.
Based upon evidence recovered from the scene, the incident has been classified as a homicide; Hartford’s second of the new year.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Division responded and assumed control of the investigation.
