EAST HARTFORD, Conn. — A home on Cipolla Drive in East Hartford was heavily damaged by fire Saturday evening.
Fire officials say that they were called to the home at 6:22 p.m. for a report of a fire at the single-story wood home, and soon called a second alarm.
No one was home at the time, and no firefighters were injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation; we'll have more details as they become available.
