MILFORD -- You can picture it: oooey, gooey macaroni and cheese that just bubbles over with flavor.
Whether it's scallops, chicken bacon ranch or cheeseburger complete with mustard, ketchup and even pickles, every dish is made to order from scratch.
"All the sauces we use, we make from blocks of cheese," said Domenico Moriello.
Moriello, the general manager of Mac N' Out, is constantly challenging his cooks to come up with unique flavors to add to the overall dining experience.
"The idea is we want to create an atmosphere, a family atmosphere, a friend's atmosphere. We want teenagers and kids and families to come in and enjoy themselves," laughed Moriello. "So kind of hanging out and mac and cheese, naturally you are mackin' out here with Mac N' Out macaroni and cheese."
Almost every dish can be made gluten free, with wheat pasta or the regular stuff and it's all served on a hot skillet.
"When it comes out, it's all melted and it's stringy and it will literally remind you of a gooey bowl of mac and cheese that will comfort anybody's stomach," said Moriello.
