NEW HAVEN – An accident between a tractor-trailer and a car that closed two center lanes on I-95 Northbound has since been cleared.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. Sunday between exit 44 and exit 46 (Long Wharf Drive). The crash tied up traffic for a bit, but was cleared by 7:30 a.m. Connecticut State Police say there were only minor injuries.
