BERLIN--Drivers in Berlin were slowing down on Chamberlain Highway on Friday, but it wasn't to enjoy the beautiful view of a clear sky.
Instead, it was to witness Kris Connors' artwork.
Connors has been carving wood into unique and artistic shapes for 14 years, and he's finishing up a magnificent piece now. Out of a 12-foot oak tree stump that was recently cut down, Connors is carving a 6-foot eagle landing on the world.
See him at work in the video above, and for more information on his creations you can visit the webstie for his Clinton-based company, Custom Wood Carvings & More, and the company's Facebook page here.
