HARTFORD--A school bus caught fire on Wednesday afternoon in Hartford.

The bus fire started around 5:30 p.m., and occurred near the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Newfield Avenue, right outside the Standard Paper and the PartyShop businesses.

FOX 61 viewer Lou'Shaun Cruz, who works at Standard Paper Company and the Party Shop, where the fire occurred, captured video of the incident.

No students were on the bus when it caught on fire, and no one was injured. The Hartford Fire Department responded and was able to put out the flames.

Police say it is not yet known what caused the fire to start.
