STAMFORD–Police have released the name of a 15-year-old who’s accused of stabbing a man to death after the victim spilled a cup of coffee.
Marquest Hall, 15, of Stamford, will now be charged as an adult with the first-degree murder of Antonio Muralles.
The judge set the bond at $2 million and he is due in court next on March 31.
Antonio Muralles, 52, of Stamford, was killed on March 11 near McDonalds.
On Wednesday, Stamford Police arrested a third suspect in the murder investigation.
A 17-year-old Stamford resident was seen on surveillance video leaving the scene of the stabbing with possible evidence from the crime scene. The teen was charged with hindering prosecution in the second degree. He was taken to the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center and will be arraigned on Thursday.
Previously, James McLamb, 22, of Stamford was arrested and charged with murder in the first degree.
