The search warrant was issued as part of an ongoing crack cocaine, powder cocaine and heroin trafficking investigation which indicated that Victor Perez-Carrasquillo, 32, was using his house to store, process, and sell drugs from.
Upon entry, police found Perez-Carrasquillo, Luis Diaz-Rivera, 33, and Arelis Lacen, 25. In addition, two children were located in the upstairs hallway, a five-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy.
Cell phones, two digital scales, two drug grinders, a heat sealer, a large quantity of plastic packaging materials, a large container of a cutting agent and drug notes were located and seized.
All three adults were arrested, held on a $350,000 dollar cash only bond each, and are to appear at Danielson Superior Court on Friday.
All three were charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, risk of injury to a minor, possession of an assault weapon, possession of a high-capacity magazine, criminal negligent storage of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
