The Real Story: Tolls fallout with Bob Stefanowski

Will the Republican make another run for Governor? What's his take on tolls proposals stalling?

HARTFORD, Connecticut — Is Republican Bob Stefanowski going to run for governor again, two years from now? All the signs are there (frequent op-eds in newspapers, as well as radio and TV appearances.)  We ask him. And we talk about Gov. Lamont’s decision to move on from his tolls plan, due to frustration over continuing delays in getting lawmakers to vote on it. The Governor says he now plans to borrow the money for road and bridge repairs, as well as planned transportation upgrades. Does Stefanowski think tolls will be brought up again, even in the current session?
