NEW LONDON — State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a man they say has been missing sine December 21.
Officials are looking for 22-year-old Ariel Encarnacion, of New London.
Encarnacion is described as a 5-foot-8, Hispanic male weighing 165 lbs. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and a royal blue puffy jacket.
Anyone with information on Encarnacion’s whereabouts is asked to contact New London police at 860-447-5269.
