HAMDEN -- The seventh ranked Quinnipiac Bobcats hosted the number tenth ranked Harvard Crimson in ECAC hockey action Saturday at the TD Bank Arena in Hamden.

Bobcats scored quickly with just over a minute gone in the first period when Brogan Rafferty scored on the power play.

Harvard would score once in the first period to tie the score then again less that thirty seconds into the second period to take the lead 2-1.

The Bobcats rallied when Crag Martin would light the lamp with just seven minutes left in the period to tie the game 2-2.

Later in the period Luke Shiplo scored Quinnipiac’s second power play goal of the game to give Bobcats the lead again 3-2. That ended up being the game winner as they would add an empty netter late in the third for a final score of Quinnipiac 4 and Harvard 2.
