EAST HARTFORD, Conn — Crews are on scene a smoky crash on I-84 East Friday afternoon.
According to the Connecticut DOT, a tractor trailer vs. car crash occurred between Exits 53 and 55 in East Hartford.
The right shoulder is closed in that area.
A nearby traffic camera is displaying smoke coming from the scene.
