SHELTON, Conn. — Inside the Giggling Pig Art Studio owner, Hannah Perry and her team will help you find your inner artist.
“We make everyone feel comfortable and welcome and they get to be as creative as their heart desires,” Perry said.
The Shelton art studio is celebrating 10 years of guiding kids and families through everything from drawing and painting to sculpting and crafting.
“We actually typically don’t show the end result, we create together at the same time but if someone were to say they couldn’t do it we would just encourage them to take it step-by-step and then prove them wrong," Perr said.
Artist and mom Alexandra Loh has been bringing her son Logan to get messy since he was a baby!

“I love everything about the studio, you come in and it makes you happy, it is a nice bright loving environment, every day is an adventure here, absolutely,” Loh said.
In May that artistic adventure is expanding. The Giggling Pig is opening its first franchise inside a brand new space in Bethel with a simple goal.
“Just to keep growing, to just keep bringing art to families and students, and people who need it around the world,” adds Loh.
A typical project will set you back about $18 and there are package deals for return customers.
“We want them to feel a sense of achievement, and pride. It really does boost their self-esteem, so that is something we are really really proud of,” Perry said.
The Giggling Pig in Shelton is located at 472 River Road.
