I broke my ankle yesterday when I slipped and fell on due to an icy public sidewalk.
There was absolutely no sand or salt on the sidewalk.
I heard you say that a few weeks ago that municipalities are responsible for public road and sidewalks.
Do you think the town responsible for my injuries?
