I was sideswiped by another vehicle in a parking lot and the driver at fault didn't have insurance. I didn't go to the hospital the day of the accident as I didn't think I was injured since there was so little damage to my car. I did go a few days later and as it turns out I need surgery. I have uninsured motorist insurance but my own company refuses to pay.
What can I do?
