Meal House: How to experience Korean BBQ with Seoul BBQ & Sushi

GOTE GALBI

● 1lb of Prime Short Rib

● Deskin and Defat ribs

● Cut and create ⅛ inch thick slices

● Seer on hot plate/pan for aprox 2.5 min each side

● Serve and Enjoy

● Wrap in Lettuce for added texture

SOON TOFU SOUP

● Use Silk Tofu

● Use Anchovy or Seafood Broth

● Add in crushed red peppers

● Add in mixed vegetable, <cabbage, carrots>,

● Add in Broth and Tofu

● Boil for 8-10 minutes

● Crack an egg into it

● Top with chopped scallion

● Enjoy!
