Meet Libby, a 10-year female black lab, up for adoption from the Connecticut Humane Society

Libby is a sweet girl who loves her walks and is housebroken.

HARTFORD, Conn. — Meet Libby! Libby is an amazing 10-year-old black lab who can't wait to get adopted. Libby was found by Montville Animal Control way back in October and was brought to us to get the care she'd needed and to find a new home.

Libby can live in a single-family home or condo, apartment considered. She wants to live with kids over 12 years of age who are very gentle and respectful of dogs. Libby does not had much experience with cats or dogs but is willing to consider sharing her home with a furry friend.
She has moments of energy and needs to get some exercise every day.
Libby is a great dog with lots of potential and may do best with someone who has owned dogs before. She does have some special needs but still has lots of life to live and love to give. Please ask the adoption counselor to explain when you visit with Libby.

If you're interested in adopting Libby or any other animal from the Connecticut Humane Society, head to their website.
