HARTFORD, Conn. — A Windsor man found stabbed in a car in Hartford's Blue Hills neighborhood Thursday has died from his injuries, according to the Hartford Police Department.
Jason Williamson, 42, of Windsor, was pronounced deceased at St. Francis Hospital, police said.
On Thursday, at approximately 3:33 p.m., Hartford police officers were dispatched to the area of Plainfield Street on a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle, according to police.
Police said that upon their arrival, officers determined that the victim, Williamson, was suffering from a stab wound. Members of the Hartford Fire Department attempted to apply life-saving measures until the arrival of EMS, according to police.
Williamson was transported to St. Francis Hospital, where police said it was disclosed that he passed away.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation, police said.
