4 arrested on vandalism charges for damage at Valley Regional High School: Police

DEEP RIVER, Conn. — Connecticut State Police have arrested four people - three adults and one youth - in connection with a vandalism incident earlier this month at Valley Regional High School.

On April 4, Troop F in Westbrook received a complaint of vandalism at Valley Regional High School located at 256 Kelsey Hill Rd in Deep River.

The caller reported that a portable classroom and the main building were damaged during the overnight hours. The damage to the building and facilities was reported to be in excess of $20,000. 

After an investigation, police arrested 18-year-olds Jonathan Gosnell, Henry Grabowski, and Mackie Olynnger, who were charged with burglary, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit criminal Mischief.

All parties have been released on bond and are due in Middletown Superior Court the week of May 6.

Police did not detail the charges against the youth.
