MANCHESTER – One person was killed Wednesday morning on the interchange of I-384 and I-84 in Manchester.
Police have not identified the victim.
The incident happened on the ramp between I-384 west and I-84 east / I-291.
The ramp leads from the Spencer Street entrance and I-384 to exits for I-84 Eastbound to Boston and I-291 heading to Windsor and Bradley International Airport.
The medical examiner was called to the scene and the road reopened later that morning.
