MIDDLETOWN — Dr. Tory Westbrook, convicted last year of sexually assaulting five women who were his patients, pleaded no contest Friday to the remaining charges pending against him.

Westbrook has been jailed since Nov. 15, when a Middletown Superior Court jury found him guilty of four felony counts of second-degree sexual assault and four misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. He faced trial in more than a dozen other cases until his plea on Friday resolved them.

He pleaded no contest Friday to fourth-degree sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault and a single count of second-degree larceny. The larceny related to Medicaid fraud.

Sentencing in all cases has been scheduled for Sept. 19. Westbrook will receive 14 years in prison, concurrent to whatever Judge David P. Gold sentences him to for the cases that went to trial.
