HARTFORD–Get ready to fill ’em up!
On July 11, better known as 7-11 day or free slurpee day you can walk into any 7-Eleven and get a free slurpee.
That’s right–from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday you will be able to get a free slurpee to celebrate 7-Eleven’s 88th birthday, and the slurpee’s 49th birthday.
This is the 13th year the convenience store has celebrated its special day by giving away free treats.
This year, 7-Eleven has continued the celebration for 7Rewards Week. From July 12 to July 18 you can get a free 7-Select food or drink item that costs less than $2 with the purchase of any 7-Eleven drink–you just have to download the 7-Eleven app.
