NEW HAVEN--Big crowds turned out for the grand opening of the new Jordan's Furniture store on the Long Wharf in New Haven.
On Thursday, FOX 61's Matt Scott took a test run of the IT Adventure Ropes Course, billed as the largest indoor ropes course in the world.
Friday night the store officially opened to the public.
CEO Eliot Tatelman says everyone's welcome, even if they aren't in the market for a new sofa. "Even if you don't need anything come and just get ideas for your home or if you just want to take the kids and have some fun, go on a zip line, go over the water show, have a pizza and ice cream, it's all here."
The new store is located at 40 Sargent Dr. in New Haven.
