EAST HARTFORD – A man who was shot in a commuter lot in August has died from his injuries.
Police said Gregory Clark died September 17. He had been shot while in a commuter parking lot off Route 15 northbound exit 90 on August 6.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide following the post-mortem examination.
The disturbance was originally reported to East Hartford Police around 9:20 p.m.
Upon arrival Troopers and police located Clark, 26, of Windsor, in a car at the intersection of Silver Lane and Main Street with a gunshot wound. Police taped off an empty white Dodge Charger that was in the middle of the road.
East Hartford police determined that Clark was shot in the commuter lot, which is state property, about a block away.
