BRISTOL — A woman suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a car on Thursday night between Pine street and Emmett street just after 10 p.m.
Police said they were called to the area where they found 50-year-old Joyce Reagan-Walsh, of Bristol on the ground with serious head injuries. Police said Walsh was hit by a car driven by 21-year-old, Marissa Rosner while she was walking on Pine Street.
After a preliminary investigation, police arrested the Rosner for driving under the influence.
Walsh was taken to the hospital for treatment but her condition is unknown this morning. Police said the incident remains under investigation.
