A deep trough across the eastern half of the nation has below average temperatures and low humidity in place. It’s delivering a nearly fall-like day for many states east of the Mississippi.
For us in Connecticut, the refreshing air will stick around for a few more days. However, it won’t all be perfect. Clouds will tend to stay overhead for much of the day today, with high temperatures around 80. We then have a few minor shower chances for Thursday and Friday.
Saturday should remain mostly dry, but then it looks like we could get more significant rain in here for Sunday. A wave of low pressure moving up from the southwest may deliver us an inch or so of rain.
