FARMINGTON, Conn — A multi-million-dollar home on the Farmington/Avon line tied to the disappearance and presumed death of Jennifer Farber Dulos has been listed on a real estate website and will soon go on the market.

4 Jefferson Crossing in Farmington is currently valued at around $3.1 million, according to the listing. The over 10,000-square-foot house boasts six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and four garage bays.

The home was listed Monday by William Raveis of Glastonbury. The description on Realtor.com says 4 Jefferson is where "timeless elegance meets superior craftsmanship."

Jennifer and her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, once shared this home with their five children. After Jennifer and the children moved out, Fotis' one-time girlfriend Michelle Troconis moved in.

The home also included an upstairs office where Fotis ran Foregroup, his home construction company.

Fotis was charged in Jennifer's murder, and a jury found Troconis guilty of conspiracy to commit murder charges in Jennifer's death in March. She will be sentenced on May 31.

During the two-month trial of Troconis, the jury was presented evidence collected from multiple homes, including 4 Jefferson Crossing, and vehicles and viewed surveillance footage obtained from neighbors and highway rest stops. The jury also completed viewing videos of three interrogations investigators conducted with Troconis.

Fotis' case ultimately did not go to trial; he was found unconscious in his car in his garage and died days later in the hospital after an attempted suicide in January 2020.

There are no public open houses scheduled for 4 Jefferson Crossing at this time. Those interested in a private tour can contact the agent on the listing.
