Thousands without power as heavy rain, wind marches through Connecticut

Mudslides, burning wires, toppled trees -- Monday's storm caused damage across Connecticut.

CONNECTICUT, USA — Heavy wind and rain marched across Connecticut between Sunday night and Monday morning, causing trees to tumble, schools to close across the state and thousands to lose power.
