HARTFORD, Conn. — A 21-year-old Hartford man is dead following a shooting early this morning.
Police said Brian Oliver was found on Irving Street just before 8 a.m. suffering from a gunshot wound.
Oliver was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time it's unknown what may have lead to the shooting. No suspects have been named at this point.
