Tonight will be another chilly night but will not be quite so cold compared to the past couple of nights, as clouds will move in ahead of a cold front. The front will cross the region early tomorrow morning with another surge of arctic chill. Temperatures will moderate this weekend as a southerly flow develops causing a warm-up with sunshine for your Saturday. In fact, temperatures could crack 40 degrees by Sunday when a few rain showers could move in by the afternoon. Expect a period of rain overnight Sunday into early Monday morning. If the cold air rushes in early Monday, the rain could change to snow before ending early Monday morning.
