NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Police are continuing to investigate a shooting Friday evening that left one man dead.
Officials said the shooting occurred at 192 Rosette Street.
Sources tell FOX61 a man was shot in the neck inside a liquor store.
He was pronounced dead at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
New Haven PD identified the man Saturday afternoon as 36-year-old Ricky Newton, of New Haven.
The investigation in ongoing.
